Hey NSX, Don't know if this helps, but here's a pic of a couple of Clutch bell and shoes. Larger one is off my 1/8 scale w/ a .21 engine. And the smaller one is from 1/10 scale .15

Some kyosho kits come with a quick reverse gear box. But if you didn't come to a complete stop before going into reverse it sounded pertty ugly. Surprised I didn't bust a gear before I got rid of it.

Most nitro cars have a centrifugal clutch, and u can get a two-speed tranny for many of them (especially 1/10 scale on-road cars). And most of them dont have reverse. U CAN get one that has it, but be prepared to lay down some cash. If u dont know much about what ur doing heres what id reccommend: get a .12 size engine with a pull-start, a one-speed centrifugal clutch, and be prepared to use blood, sweat, and tears to get it running properly  (unless u decide to have the hobby shop help u out, then, it is quite easy):D
