Moderator: Retitle the new sticky.

Can you retitle the new sticky so it means something? I can't seem to change it myself. Suggested title: "Which is the Best Sim?"

Can it be "what to do and what not to do when using any sim; to gain the best rc skills". Personally sometimes I like to see crashes though I know it is not good for improving my rc skills.

Maybe it is a better idea :

"What do you want to see (what kind of functions) in a RC sim's next versions ?".

For example, I would like to use wireless sim.

And also, I dont like to press buttons on the keyboard to start/stop simulation. It would be great, if there was a possibility to assign these functions to one of the swicthes of the transmitter.

Maybe by that way, sim companies can see what customers need/want for the next versions.

Maybe by that way, sim companies can see what customers need/want for the next versions.The purpose of the sticky was supposed to be "What is the best sim?", because everyone is tired of a new thread popping up with that theme once or twice a month. (If not once or twice a week. ;) )

I think it will never end. Newcomers like me will always ask for the "best" before buying something. But starting a new thread and waiting for answers seem easier than simply searching the forum for most people. Its not only here but whole internet is like that as we all know.

If it should be related with the "best sim", maybe it can be :

"Please don't ask, there is no best sim".

You could title the thread "What is the best Sim - peoples opinions" or "What is the best Sim - please read before starting new thread"

The idea was not to have a huge sticky with loads of posts in, but more of a statement where the message "its a matter of personal prefference" should be put across, and encourage people to use the search forum function, and possibly contain links to websites of interest so they can make up their own mind on which simulator to get. It could also contain a comment that any new threads with the question "what is the best sim" will be either deleted, or locked with a link to the sticky thread.
