Novice Class added to the LISF contest (sept 23/24) in Long Island

Novice class has been added for the LISF- ESL contest to be held in Long Island sept 23/24......format is to be man on man and the novice's will fly the same amount of rounds as the "other" pilots only their times will be half....

if the sportsman fly 10 min rounds....novice flys 5......same landing tape for everyone......thanks to all for including the newbies....and best of all the fee for novice is $0.00.....

so let's go fly a contest and see what it's all about......"quality" instruction given cheerfully!!!!

Thanks for putting this up. We are very excited about the addition of Novice to Sportsman and Expert. Within our own club we are starting to get first time contest flyers who want to participate.

Let me correct one thing. Fee for Novice is the same as the fee for all other classes. Sorry for any confusion. If that changes I will post it.

Correction ot my correction.

The Contest Director has changed his mind. Novice Class will be no charge entrance fee. :) However there will be a $5 charge for lunch.

So, let's get a good turnout for the Novice Class! :D
