Hello from Australia!

I'm posting all over the world to see if anyone has a manual for a Ripmax Futaba M Series 27MHz system. I bought an old, 6 channel set on e-Bay and want to see if I can get some use from it, as the frequency it uses is legal here.

The Rx has the following markings:
RIPMAX FUTABA 6 M SERIES.
P-FD56M

There is a sticker on the back with the following:
RIPMAX MODELS
No J95891

I saw that there is a RIPMAX website. Do the people there respond to questions like this?

Your help would be much appreciated.

Let me know if you have any joy.
I bought a 27 Mhz 4 channel transmitter and 6 channel receiver, works great but no instructions and one button I can't identify.
If I find a manual I'll let you know

Hi, I still have a working M series, 6 channel with four servos. it's still going strong after nearly 30 years but lately only for surface use.

Frankly, the manual doesn't tell you a lot and i wouldn't want to part with it but if there is a specific question you have, i will gladly answer it.

if your gear is complete, it is fairly self explanatory to put all the pieces together and make it work.

obviously, the two sticks are for the standard functions of rudder, throttle, elevator, ailerons.

the switch top right is for an on/off channel..retracts, or special function.

the trim lever operates the sixth channel for flaps etc.

hope that helps.

if you are missing the nicads, the transmitter uses an 8 cell pack 9.6 v and the flight pack uses a 4 cell pack 4.8 v to power the servos and centre tapped at 2.4 v for the receiver.

The socket on the switch harness is for charging
