What's billet and why is it a good thing for servo covers?

To tommyeflight89 they cool the servos better than the plastic caps by the fact that aluminum disperses heat better than plastic.
To Ben Diss billet means that it was once a solid block of aluminum and we cut the rest of the material away to make the caps. They are better because they are stronger, better cooling, and they look good.
Thank you

Ok, so billet means it was a solid piece of metal and was machined? How is this better than molding the metal and then machining?

Yes, Ben Diss billet does mean it was once a solid peice of metal and was machined to specifications. Also billet gives you a more consistant density than apposed to molding.
Thank you,
