Mass estimations ?!

hey,

I´m working on a UAV, standard helicopter configuration with about 180 KG MTOW and right now I'm trying to get some mass estimation done (rotor, fuselage, transmission etc)

problem is that all formulas known to me (based on empiric data for helicopters < 1000kg ) result in useless data, e.g. my main rotor has a negative weight... (would be nice thoug)

does anyone have tables / formulas or whatever to do some calculations? rough estimations would do. (so far i only know the payload (50kg) and motor (35kg) and fuel (approx 20kg) weight.
nothing bout rotor etc....

Try buying an R/C heli kit and weighing all the bits in it.

This is probably better in the UAV forum.
