Help!

I just received my Hitec USB sim interface cable, and cannot get it to work with either of my JR transmitters (X-347 & 9303). The symptoms are the same:

Nothing happens.

The USB drivers installed, the LED on the cable plug was lit. I plug it into the back of the TX and the transmitter activates, but the LED goes out on the cable plug. When I try to calibrate or use the transmitter, none of the axis responds. (Neither in Windows or in FMS)

Device Manager says the RC-Joystick device is "OK", so the system sees it.

What am I doing wrong??? :(

Stefan, that's it! Both of my transmitters were in PCM mode. It works now. Thank you so much!!
