Controll Throws.

What is a good ammount of controll throws on a 74 inch twin? Ailerons and elevator. I dont want it to be aerobatic. Just have enough responce to do an ocasional loop/inverted.
PS it's my U-2 :D

Start with about 20 degrees on the elevator, maybe 30 on ailerons.
