MM Glidertech Marauder

Anyone out there with experience with this kit? Have been burned a couple of times by taking to heart too much of the good words stated by a vendor...

Wonder if it has a two servo spoiler system and what it weighs (out of the box).. and if anyone has any advice about this machine...

McLeansboro, Il airport... not ideal, 1800 foot asphalt strip... has some trees around on the east and west side... city has it on restricted basis, permission for full size aircraft to use is required. There is a move afoot (meetings already with city council and mayor) to get permission for and RC and CL field there.... I own 120 acres just west of the field, and some of the trees are mine... have given permission to cut them down... after the corn crop is out... There is also a very nice field, about 1500 feet square about 1/4 mile down the road from me... little rise in it, but I am negotiating with the owner to use it... if he will let me mow it... have bushog, will travel... much more open feeling than the airport...

I am quite a hike from Joilet... bout 220 miles I would guess...

I have been useing one servo for years and it work fine for me. All up weight on mine is around 65oz. The nice thing about this kit being wood, you can build it anyway you want to.
