About 3 degrees positive wing angle to the stab.

I don't know the plane, but 3 degrees sounds very conservative. I would have expected 1.5 to 2 degrees. The CG implied by 3 degrees may be too far forward for effective signalling of lift and the ability to core small thermals down low. Just my $0.02.

I just happen to have one of these little guys on the shelf, built, and so I measured out for him. The aircraft is sold under another name by Hobby Club.
