Since I don't know the name it has proved hard to search here on RC Groups but here is a picture maybe you can help
Solderable connector for use to attach servo to RX pins. I seem to remember seeing them in a breakaway format where you can clip off as many pins as you need. A Supplier and part# would help greatly as well.

Looks like a standard female header receptacle.

Looks like standard circuit-board -connector to me.
Found in every Radio-shack.
