Well, Dayton was a very nice weekend. Weather was in the low 80's all weekend and thr wind 5-10 anywhere from head on to a cross. Flew to the east, so longer lines, and really very little problems with winches or line breaks. Saturday was very close, I kind of reset up my Insanity so Saturday seemed to be a shakedown cruise again, played with CG, forward a very bit, new super special skeg, and finally got the launch the way I wanted it to do it. Sunday was the payout.

The longer Saturday went on, the better I did, from about the third round on, was pretty much on step and my landing got really wired up, my last 8 landings, the last two Saturday and Sunday's landings were all above 88, and a few very high 90's and a couple of 100's. I have watched Daryl land this thing and I will admit, I will copy this all day. Jerry and Bob did a good job CD'ing and there was a nice crowd there.

That was it, great weekend, and it was really nice to have John Diniz make it to Saturdays contest, the whole family was there and it was great to have them.

Glauco rocks!

Marc,

I see you got another 1000 this weekend. Way to go. How about sharing some war stories on your day for those of us that could not make the contest?

Big plane flew good Saturday, but Sunday, the Tragi was great in the wind. I have never seen the weather change more in two days then it did there, but it is Chicago.

Sounds like interesting conditions. I did not know you had a Tragi.

Down here in Santa Claus both days were lots a lift. On Sunday I could have easily done the 2K with my Paragon had I had some witnesses (instead I flew the Allegro speed 400 doing 15 minute precision flights on 400 foot climbs). Congrats Marc on yet another OVSS win and congrats on wrapping up the series.
