Gear Lubricant?

It seems the gears would need lubrication for smooth, low wear operation. (Especially where metal meets plastic.) On the other hand, I would hardly want a bunch of sloppy messy grease flinging all over my sails.

What are you guys using?

none, it would just be too messy. I have hundreds of flights now and still going strong.
