After I join in multimode I get an error saying "unable to sycronize game clock with host" or something like that, then eveyone disapears. What causes that?

It happens all the time. This and other little buggs when trying to join online multiplayer sessions. What field were you trying to join because these problems seem to be prominent on certain multiplayer fields.
