G3 - how to launch a glider

I just purchased the G3 flight sim. I would like to do a ground launch for a glider/sailplane, however, G3 appears not to support a powered launch (bungee or elec. motor) for a glider.

Does anyone have a work around for this?

Hi Steve, Just bumping this thread and have to add that in some of the info provided at rcsim.de in the download area with G3 sceneries some of them refer to being compatible with gliders modified for winch starts, and having winches set up.
