Diamond tip saw if possible. If not, Carbon blades will do if you are
not making to many cuts. As for the A Arms, if you don't have a milling
machine you may have a hell of a time getting 2 of them to be the same,
let alone 4 depending on your Car.
What car is it by the way? Check with http://asiatees.com to see if they
have them. May not be worth all the work.I have access to a Milling but
it is still cheaper to buy them considering all the time you will put
into it. Unless of course time is really not an issue and you have
access to the right machinery.

thank you macphreak, i am planning to buy a small nitro car, which is
xray 1/18 nt18.
I like this car because it is nitro and small enough to DIY the parts.
I want to learn some car physics.
thanks
