EVX Marine on 12V

Has anyone here run one of these ESC's off on dual 6V batteries or on 1, 12V battery? If on a single battery, did you bridge one of the battery connectors or dual them both onto the single source.

Harry, running on dual batteries is what this ESC is designed for.

I have run my EVX from an E-Maxx that I have installed in my rock crawler on one 6 cell battery. You jumper one of the battery connectors. If you had a single 12V battery, you would do the same. You do not want to connect both battery plugs to the same battery. That would short the ESC.
