Flat Spin

Does anyone know how to do a flat spin upright or inverted?:confused:

Here is one way to do it:

Enter a normal spin, using both aileron and rudder. While holding full up elevator, reduce to 1/2 rudder and slowly move the ailerons in the opposite direction of the spin. To get out of the spin just release the sticks. Make sure you have an aft c.g. and plenty of up elevator available.
