Seriously, getting foam off the internet is kinda funny. You always gotta get a lot more than you really need. Every site that I've been to, won't sell only what you need. Thank God I can get only one 3mm 27x37 depron sheet for $3.99 at the LHS.

Still, your promotion is a very good deal at $2.33/3mm sheet. :)

Does your product ship from Korea? I see you have only 3mm for sale.
When will the 5mm be available.

Yes, it does ship from Korea. We are still checking demand.
If there is high demand, we are going to set up our shipping line from the US storage. However, delivery time is not going to be different, but perhaps 10-sheet pack and 20-sheet pack are going to be possible.
We like to supply this foam product at quite low price, but high shipping cost is making it difficult.

As we know, Depron is available in 2mm, 3mm, and 6mm, but we don't have 6mm thick product but 5mm. We have checked demand for 6mm, but it doesn't seem as high as 3mm because some people use two sheets of 3mm depron for making 6mm using 3M spray glue. We need your opinion and advice. What about 2mm? 2mm and assorted pack(2 & 3mm) are going to be available during May.
Acutally, we just set up our business last month. We need some time to figure out the market. Sorry for it~

I am interested in your 3mm Boardlong. Depron is very hard to get here in Japan, too. I think these sheets will have different weight due to foam factor, even with the same material. How do you compare yours with Dpron of the same thickness? About the same weight?

Thank you very much for your interest in our Boardlong.

First, the shipping fee we are applying is very flexible for different destination. Usually, if you make an order through our website, we check the destination country and contact you for refund. The amount of shipping fee already included in our package price is based on the U.S.A. It is almost the hightest rate. Some customers have been already received the refund. Shipping rate to Japan is pretty lower. For example, for 3mm 50-sheet pack, we can discount around $30. Therefore, during our sale term, you can get it at $79.90(originaly $119.90).

Second, the weight of our boardlong(3mm) is somewhat more than normal Depron. Our Plain Boardlong weighs about 1.52g/dm2, and Stiff Boardlong weighs 1.98g/dm2. As we checked, normal Depron weighs 1.36g/dm2 and Zepron is 1.79g/dm2. The reason of somewhat more weight is for denser quality. The Plain Boardlong is a little stiffer than Depron, and Stiff Boardlong is very stiff. You can reduce the size of carbon spar, or you can get rid of some tape which is usually used for enhancing stiffness of Depron. We had planned to produce a quite low-weight product(around 1.1g/dm2), but we cancelled it. 0.xxg/dm2 is not so differnt because the material is already very light. If you reduce the amound of Epoxy or the size of Velcro used for attaching the battery, you can ignore the difference of the foam weight. It is just my opinion. Some people are very sensitive in the number. The choice is yours.
