Hi
Can you tell me which of the A60 motors would give the most static thrust at 60 amps with a 10s2p 4200 Prolite for any given prop between 20"- 22" Diameter.

Many Thanks

I am sure that Sean or Kyna can add more... but I did a measure the A60-16m and with a 22 x 10 (Not recommended by Hacker at this time) and at 60 amps (1995 watts) I turned 5800 RPM's (Maxed out this setup at near 80 amps!!! ... !!!! Don't try this at home!!!))

I used a 20 x 13 (Which is a prop suggested by Hacker Brushless... at least it is in the Hacker Brushless Manual off the german website)
And at 60 amps I turned this prop at about 5900 RPM's....

I also flew this motor with the 20 x 11 and it "Felt" like the motor was not working terribly hard... but it prob'ly has a max current with this prop around 60 amps... (Give'r'take)

AWESOME MOTOR!!!
You can really hear what your prop is doing with the QUIET Outrunner setup
I may have some geared motors for sale if I continue to have successes with the A60!!

I am using an A60-14L on 10S with a 24x12 prop at 80amps. This motor with a 22x10 prop would be around 60amps and likely give you more thrust then the rest. However the L is a bigger motor then you need and the 18M or even the 24S might be better choices especially if weight is an issue.
