G3 FAQs

Hi guys. Not sure if these qns have been answered, but asking for some help.
Im planning on getting G3, but have some small "lil" things i need to iron out.
1st:
Would the G3 control work with other sims such as RF G2 and aerofly? I have both. So just concerned.

2nd:
Would my system work?
Here are the specs:
Processor------
AMD Athlon 64 processor 3200+ (2.0ghz) with hyper transport technology
Memory------
512mb PC 3200DDR
Hard Drive------
80GB 7200RPM ultra DMA
Graphics------
Integrated ATI Radeon express 200.

Any other details needed?

3rd:
Any Multiplex Evo users that use the sim cable with any sim? Is it safe? heard that the module is too sensitve for that application.

That card is marginal but should work. Check the KnifeEdge site to see if it is listed or post on theor forum. The rest is fine. G3 controls G3 will not control G2. Not sure about AF. But I have my doubts. G2's controller was much better in that regard.

Yes the G3 controller works w/AFPD

It works with FMS also.

Oh that graphics card/adapter is extremely marginal. You will have to turn off shadows,clouds,particles and set everything else to low to make it work. It is still going to be choppy but it will work.
