Not me... but I know of a few upcoming events within a daydrive's distance, where many modelers can be met.

A day's drive from your location or mine? :)

In a day, I can make Omaha, St Louis, Atlanta, or Baltimore!
But May 20-21 in St Michael's on the Chesapeake's east shore, find a marine exposition with lots of scale steam boats and other goodies:
http://www.cbmm.org/index.html see the calendar
Oct 21-22, 100th birthday party for steam tug Baltimore adjacent to Fort McHenry in Baltimore, will include lots of model tugs and a pool, or you can even run in the harbor!
http://www.steamtug.org/ but no party info yet at the site?
Still looking for info on Task Force 50 in York PA.
And there's New Jersey's South Orange Seaport Society:

with lots of events.

Pat how do you make Atlanta in a day fly? I ask because it takes me a good 8 hours to get there from my home. I can't get onto 95 until I get to N.C. then it is a straight run. Before that it is all county roads. I hope to make the Baltimore fest but I am not sure yet. I have been in contact with the Museum about tug plans and perhaps a photo CD of the tug. These things seem to take forever to come together.
Take care,
Don
P.S. I was asking if anyone lived in Baltimore for a different reason though.

2 tickets ago I used to do that. I was going to Atlanta for treatment back then. I learned eventually where the spots were to slow down. Unfortunately it was too late.
