New or Used Motherboard/CPU Trade for Large Brushless?

Looking for a motherboard/cpu combo with pc2100/pc2700 compatible (184 pin dimm) memory slots, AGP and 3 or 4 PCI slots, onboard firewire or ethernet a plus.

2400+ socket A/462 Athlon XP is just fine. Need a proper cooler for it. Otherwise I have all I need. FSB speed isn't critical...

I would prefer to trade, I have several new generic chinese 30Amp, 40Amp and 60Amp fully programmable brushless ESCs and also some Outrunners for .25 -.40 sized conversions and a wicked .70 4 stroke sized outrunner.
