What balance plug is on these and how is it wired?

The balance plug is the 4 pins one (for 3 cells).

Wired as per the attached pic.

I'm sorry, I wasn't precise enough in my question. What are the specs (pin spacing, size) or better what is the vendor name and part number for the balancing plug?

It seems that there are almost as many different plugs in use as there are battery vendors and that makes things difficult as few are compatible with one another. Since there is no standard, the more information one has to support making adapters, the better.

The TWO most common balance plugs are the Polyquest one (5 pins for 3 cells) and the above one as I shown; and I can't find the 3rd one so far.

The one that Zeta-Plus Li-po using is 6x4mm, pin spacing 2.5mm. (It is comply with the charger brand: Align, Dualsky & E-Station, etc.)
