The C15 looks very competitive to the Gumstix....

Good find,
Snapper CL15 vs Gumstix Verdex XL6P:
-power consumption: 500mW typ vs around 1000mW? (0.22A at 100MHz bus and 400MHz CPU is close to the snapper modules with PXA270)
-MHz: 200 vs 600 but CL15 has HARDWARE floating point what kills the gumstix!
-Linux 2.6, memory size: both practically same

Price: ???CL15-quote vs 170USD per module

When I dug through the thoroughly obscure albatross UAV site I found a link to their Kalman code. Hidden in here https://svn.greenbirdsystems.com/albatross/trunk/Software/Onboard/Source/

is the source code for their Kalman code. It appears it might be in C.

This could be a help to others who can read and understand C and need the Kalman code.

I like off-topic like that! BTW they used power-hungry version of snapper (on PXA), without hardware floating point support.

OMG their onboard software is heavier than steam engine!
