2M & open Class wing lay-up

I well make my first fiberglass wing and I wanna make a 2M and an open class glider.I have used balsa with ply and carbon spar and I'm new to fiber glassing foam wing.What is th e lay-up for a 2M and an open class glider(100-120 inches). I know how to make the spars but I don't know how many layers of glass and what weight glass to use on the respective class I mentioned above.Any suggestion will help,there's lots of open field and thermals where I bought my house.
