balsaaddict

I have reviewed the thread on best materials for wrapping spars. I have kevlar tow and will use it to wrap the root panel for a Majestic and then switch to kevlar thread to do the mid and tip panels.
I wrapped a couple of bays with the tow tonight using 30 min epoxy on the top and bottom spars only. It is not a very good job and I hate working with epoxy to begin with.
What is a good method to actually do the work? Should I cut a length of kevlar tow and spray it with 77 spray and wrap and then cover the top and bottom with epoxy and then saturate the sides of the shear webs with CA? How tight should the wrap be? I tied the start and then wrapped after coating the first two bays of the top and bottom spars with the epoxy. The tow tends to either bunch up a lot on the spar or more frequently catches on the ribs and gets all out of sorts.
Anyone with a foolproof ( I am the "balsaaddict for good reason) method that will result in a clean and neat wrap? Any help is appreciated.
