I'm just looking for one speed controller at the moment, something around 30-35A. And probably a brushless motor to go with it. I'll have a look once you put up the translated website.

I think the best thing would be to focus on an English translation of the website. That is really the only effective way of displaying your products to the Western market and handling payment and shipping efficiently.

Gee...they are remarkably similar to GWS aren't they?
Even to the point of copying the lettering on the Spitfire...oops - flamethrower!
did I say copying? oops, I meant to say *cough - RIPOFF - cough*
Pollysea - can you also post your spare parts lists. And will you still be selling spare parts next year? or in 3 years time?

Hi,Smokin' Beaver,Thank you for your message, you are right our company sell the products similar to others, but we have our own characters:
1.We are an import and export company, familiar with many manufactures in our own country.
2.Just because so,we can supply the excellent service for export.and find the products with good quality and low price you need in China.
3.In deed,it is common to copy in our country, but more and more people have the common knowledge to apply for patent, and maybe just because it urgents the innovation.
I think I only to do I should do,and to sells our chinese products to all around the world and transmit the Chinese culture to others.
Sincerely yours
Lisa

It is interesting to know your company structure but...
Requried answers are not visible ;)
I am very well aware of Chinese culture, I lived in Yichang, Hubei province for a long time doing engineering manufacture. I understand the Chinese way.
You are an import/export company so that means you do not supply technical backup correct?
You just sell cheap goods?

Hi Phil,
Thanks for all your surport and attention. :)
I am so glad that you came to China before, especially you lived in Hubei province:),I was born in Hubei province,it is my hometown.
I think trade company is common and necessary in the world.Though we are self-existent between manufactures and consumers, the same time we are the bridge between them.We specialize in trading service, including to insure the quality of the products,to supply the operation service,to guarantee the after service...
I think you must be a veteran in the rc industry,I sincerely hope I have some opportunity to ask your advice about this industry :)

Mag9 - BBLOL :) :)
cozzie,
Agreed english is very hard to learn however,
do you know how many characters are in the chinese (Mandarin) character list?
In the order of ~600. Most Chinese do not even know them all or use them all. (according to my Chinese teacher)
But if I were to market into China - the first thing I'd do is get my s*** in one sock and to have serious credibility, use a fluent linguist for marketing.
Because believe me the Chinese have a damn good giggle at the lao wei (foreigners) too.
They have as developed a sense of humour as we Aussies, just you won't see it much outside of China unless you have chinese mates.
...wish the pollydude could provide spare parts though - he seems to totally avoid the question - not a very good start to a reputation.
You got no chance of backup from him (her?) and even less from a LHS when they find out you bought it from Shanghai.

I know have a couple of friends who are chinese, one lives in Hong Kong and has never has been taught english, but her daughter has, when I spoke to her daughter last time I was in Hong Kong in feb, even words we use everyday caught her out, they are taught correct english and we dont speak that, even if we think we do.
To make matters even worse, they then dont hear slang words that we use, and again to make things even worser( is that a word mmmm). What they say in chinese makes perfect sense to them, but tranlate it to english and it sometimes comes out wrong. Clearly there are some words and sentences that dont translate correctly. Couple that together and you have seen what happens and it is funny.

Spam or not, i'm always interested in what's coming out of the ROC. There's actually some innovative stuff in amongst all the cloned products.
Granted, there's a fine line being walked by using these forums for commerical activities. But go to any of the other forums, and there's the same, even under the disguise of 'build threads', 'look what I just got from xxxx-rc' yada yada yada.
imo.. if you don't like these threads.. don't read them ;)

Now - what I am talking about is......
I need a fuselage (both halves) for a "flamethrower"
Can you tell me the part number and price for this/these?...here in public? + shipping to Aus?
Can you tell everyone that you have it in stock?
Can you guarantee me that it will be on my dooerstep in 7 days?...Like GWS do?
I need you to convince all of Australia that you really are better than GWS.
Why will you not post your prices here in public like everyone else???
Do you think Australians are stupid?
You have been asked many, many times to put your $$ where your mouth is but yet you fail to do so here.

Lisa has made it clear that she represents a distributor, not a manufacturer. I'm not aware of many distributors that stock spare airframe parts. Hobby Lobby is the biggest R/C company in the US, but even they would not have the fuselage halves you ask for in your example above. I think we all see this for what it is, inexpensive Chinese knock-offs of well known products. You can expect not to get the same kind of product support as you would with brand-name items. For some people saving a few bucks is worth that and for others it is not, that's for you to decide.
Personally I do not see anything that Lisa has posted in this thread that justifies all of you making fun of her and her culture. Please try and be more respectful towards others.

Thanks for the scolding Tres,
I realize deriving enjoyment from the lack of command of the English language is childish - but then so is playing with model aeroplanes.
I get just as much enjoyment from some of the responses from your part of the world.
I have seen no evidence of disrespect of culture in this thread unless you believe the Chinese culture is to make money at any cost.

Pardon the intrusion, but I seem to have somehow accidentally stumbled onto forbidden territory here. :o
I am in Europe (unfortunately), and we have an active hot thread with similar subject material, but different actors.
That’s how I seem to have got diverted to the exclusive AUS forum. Pardon me, I’ll try not to get diverted again! Sorry, sorry, please accept my obnoxious apologies.
Read the thread through, while I was here.
Glad to see that some of you guys down under have developed an Aussies sense of humour (#50) and you seem to have managed to get by with our(!) first language pretty well, from the look of it. [Post #47: I agree totally! And yes you are lucky it’s your first, . . but first it was ours!] :D
I have always heard that Oz was full of friendly people, but I guess those who told me that hadn’t met one or two of you guys on this thread.
By the way, you are of course all welcome in our EUR forum anytime.
We’re pretty easy going by comparison so it seems, and up for offers too. No harm done then? Lets just have a beer & chill out a bit, whadya say?
BTW post#16, the flamethrower is not GWS: it’s from GuanLi in China. Of course its not a copy!
So sorry if I’ve offended anyone, just the ol’ brit humour leaking out I guess.
PPS. looks like your thread’s not going far, compared with our real hot one. Top people involved in a "matter ofprinciple" debate, accusations of being liars, denials, you name it.

LisaI am supprised to see that you posted:,it is common to copy in our country, .
When many other Chinese did the wrong things, does not mean you can do it likewise!

Pollysea, why don't you GO AWAY! This forum is for AUSTRALIANS, not an easy target for SPAMMERS.
Pay for your advertising instead of getting a free ride here. Is there a mod who can get rid of this unwanted interloper? Thanks for your understanding! :)

The marketing companies and LHS should be supproted in there countries! :) An RC products is not only a products, the service system back up also important! They should be awarded and respected!
I believe many young Chinese do not understand or respect each individual. Yet, they don't even feel guity or emberassmen to sell copy products! :o
