Anyone get theirs yet?

I ordered one and am awaiting on snail-mail now. When it gets here I'll give you all the details and the inside scoop. But for now I'm interested in hearing other people's accounts. This looks to be a great ARF with many upgrades and amenities.

It came today! And what a piece of work! It is a real beauty and on a scale of 1-10 she’s a definite 10. And I didn’t have to glue or iron on one darned piece!

From Tower Hobbies it came double-boxed. I cannot believe how everything is separated! The control rods are even stuck in a foam block so they don’t puncture or scratch anything. Nothing slides around at all during shipping so you are pretty much guaranteed not to have any problems. All the control linkages are hidden within the fuse. Very nice and sleek!

As the box shows it does come with some semi-cool wheels but I think I may go with the Cadies as they look a little sharper. All the parts came individually wrapped and there is even a nicely made aluminum motor mount, stainless steel hardware, gas tank, V-Tail control linkages, and even the firewall is heavily glassed!

You see those white fibers in the aileron servo well on the main wing? Yeap that’s right! Glassed center-section. Although, it’s so smooth you can’t tell by looking at the outside of the wing. The fuse has a landing gear notch cut out for a perfect fit.

The front and back of the wing saddle have plywood double reinforced wing hold-down areas including the landing gear mount which all are blind-nut backed. There is also a servo access hatch behind the saddle as well.

The rear end of the fuse is super aerodynamic and has a readymade skid and access hatch for V-Tail control linkages also. The V-Tail fits like a glove and the top hold-down piece is all carved out and done for you. Wow! What a fit! So smooth and sleek! This thing is pure eye candy!

I can’t believe how smooth the corners of the wing are molded and how nice and tight the feel of this plane is! It just looks fast sitting here! Gotta get building now so then there is nothing left to do but to buzz the pylons!!!!!!!

Definately! The firewall is done in heavy glass. Nelson, Jett, Rossi, throw whatever you want at it.
