The title says it all. About time too.
Who managed to get out, and what did you fly?
Saturday I flew my Knuffel foamy in the morning.
In the afternoon my brother and I went out and flew a bit of DLG, and I also flew my MaxiR micro/mini helicopter.

This morning I flew 5 packs out in my Animal. Very rusty.
Going to try to get out with the helicopter again this afternoon.

I wish. -12C and like 2 ft of snow everywhere (we had 30cm of snow in the first week of March). I doubt I'll see our flying field in March.

Hi Pat:

Yeah I was watching the sky the whole day. I was unfortunately stuck with chores and taking the kids to their appointed rounds. Even my wife commented that it looked like a nice flying day!

Ivan looks to be in the big Sunnybrook field. Is that so? Is the road still blocked off? Do they have barriers on the fields yet?

Yes, we flew at Sunnybrook.
The gate is still across the road but it only blocks the last parking lot. We just park in front of the gate.
The playing fields are pretty much wide open right now. Just a bit damp.
Despite the nice weather there were very few people up in that part of the park. Lots of them down in the valley on the way in.

Doh, I knew it wouldn't last... I was so glad to get at least SOME flying in without freezing my fingers.

family chore always comes first ;) My wife keeps telling me stuff like: there's always be another sunshine day...

I have been flying my Cennsa 182 foamie, 2 packs worth. Rusty fingle all right, Pat. Countless unintended stall turn. No accident.

Hey Peter,

How you like your CommonSense charger? I am considering it veres the new FMA 4S-Charger/Balance. They cost $89 vs $69 respectivly.

rkhoo, you take a look at the Hyperion charger? It's a really nice unit in the $70 range.
