None of Kyosho's boats are fast. They are shiney "Box art boats"

Remember two things about electric boats, fast boats do not run long. Long running boats do not go fast. If you want a reasonably fast boat that has upgrade potential go with a Danvo Avenger www.danvo.com/boats/avenger.htm.

i have one of these.
it is not fast if you have smooth water but it performs in the rough.
i live on an island and i run this things down by beaches.

if you want better speed (and balance), just get a bigger motor

or u can just get the nitro version
