THE SAME AEROBATIC EXCITEMENT — NOW WITH ARF EASE
The Super Skybolt has been a favorite kit of experienced pilots for over a decade, and now you can offer an ARF version that eliminates time-consuming building and covering. The Super Skybolt ARF performs graceful maneuvers just like air-show stars of the past — it’s the kind of plane that truly reflects a pilot’s skill. And with the convenience of ARF construction to go with proven Great Planes quality, your customers will get to show time in no time.
The Super Skybolt ARF flies well on smaller, less expensive engines, and is lighter in weight than the original kit, which means a better power-to-weight ratio, and the potential for even more spirited aerobatics. It goes exactly where you point it, and tracks to perfection with no bad habits – ideal for precision-pattern flying.
There’s no real building involved, yet the Super Skybolt ARF is assembled just the way an expert modeler would do it, with a lightweight wood airframe, MonoKote® covering, painted fiberglass parts and genuine Great Planes hardware. Anxious pilots will enjoy the instant installation and good looks that the lightweight fiberglass cowl and wheel pants add – plus they’re prepainted to match the trim scheme. The simple thumbscrews on each strut make clumsy brackets obsolete and clean looks a breeze.
