In the midst of building one now. I have a GWS 300 laying around and the options on two lipos TP2100 3s and a 2100 2s.. almost pulled the trigger on the cheap graupner sp400 after searching "Zagnuts motor" and reading the tons of posts you get, but I'm hesitating and figured I'd get the group opinion on whats a cheap way to go - down the road Zagnuts 2 or 3 will be hopefully an AP ship. my SS is flying on a PJS800 -- looking for something cheaper for the Zagi.. thoughts? Get the sp400, play with it and upgrade later, go cheapie BL now, thoughts?
thanks all

If you're building the Zagnutz 52" wing, here are a couple of cheap BL motors that would work real good on it...

My first one flew good with a bp-21. Rchotdeals.com had them on sell for 29.99 for motor and controller.
But a better motor for more money is justgofly.com. He has several options I currently use a 400f with 3cells and a 5.7x3 prop. This setup is not ballistic but its enough to scare you.
Oh yeah my nutz are 50 in. :D

But a better motor for more money
Thats a great quote :)
Thanks guys. The low cost of the sp400's brushed are cheap, but I hunch that they'd shortly end up in my growing pile of "RC stuff that I bought then upgraded". I havent used the GWS brushless but i'll take a peek at those too. The Justgofly ones seem oft used on here. Any Axi/mega recommendations?

Does anyone have any experience with motors from www.stuffwelike.net ?
Their Rocket 2207 kit is selling for $25 and 2506 kit for $27. Can any one of these be used with zagnutz?
