We have to stop looking to the PDC-10 guys. I tried my best please, please, please, to UNAV but the deal isn't on the table. It's a pragmatic business decision and I respect them for it. The code represents a great deal of intellectual property and much of it resides in their new Pico pilot. The owner told me the PDC-10 represents a lot of work and effort for just too little in return from a business standpoint. As I said, I do respect the decision. It's not a hobby for them but a way of life.
I suggest we continue to support Walter with the RCAP unit and its development. That is what I intend to do unless someone else can come up with other viable options.

I've been working on one for a year at university, now it's my masters project to increase its capabilities. It's intended to be open source, since what I want from it is a nice job, not to start a business. I will eventually have the boards made at a board house so that they can be sent out. Maybe at some price so as to keep me from working a labour job to give me more time to work on the control system at uni.
here's a link to its site: http://uav.bravehost.com to some of the stuff I've done so far, there's a new motherboard I havent put up yet though, plus lotsa little things, that will eventually make there way on the site.
