Schematic for a ~100KHZ ESC?H

first of all, sorry about my english, its not the best,

I am looking for a high frequency speed controller for about 3-4 ampere,

i want to build it for my own, maybe one of you have a diagram or a schematic or other information.

It should be like a slim 105he or an other 100khz esc.
