Mystery UAV, Any Info anyone?

Hello All,
I ran across these pics of a UAV some time ago on the net, and like the design or close in work. Does anyone have any information on it? Just looked like a neat idea, and interesting design.

It does look interesting. I don't recognize it although it has some similarities to the Sikorsky Dragon Warrior.

Lateral cyclic on the rotors....but they might just be rigid, so that might not be an option. The duct roll control strategy would have some problems, mainly that I don't see how the ducts could provide roll torque without pushing the UAV to the side. I think using the ducts for roll control would provide very weak, mushy control if it even works at all.

I remember the canadian saucer thing. They had vents at the side that dumped air. I don't know if these were at or after the fan. Probably at the fan tips which would give a differential in lift side to side.

It does look like there is something underneath to deflect air.
