MEGA Motor USA announces the release of a new line of Rotating Case (RC) brushless motors. Where other outrunner motors reach saturation and overheat these new MEGA motors set the highest standard of performance. Included in the highly anticipated release are the following three lengths: RC600/10/X, RC600/20/X, and RC600/30/X.
These “RC” Series motors are equivalent to speed 500/600 brushed motors in size but they have much higher efficiency, power and lifespan. As with all MEGA Motors, these 600/X/X brushless outrunners are hand wound with the highest quality materials undergoing a meticulous manufacturing process of checks and balances. Our innovative design is unbeatable, with a 12-pole, 3-phase alternating current (AC) field and a permanent magnet rotor. In addition, the lower KV capability allows the usage of additional cells and the ability for much higher voltage. Modelers can now forgo the noisy, costly gearbox and use a larger propeller than conventional brushless motors call for.
