Travel Cases?

I want to take my 30 size heli with me when I fly to another state, (or country) via commercial airline. What are you guys out there using to transport your 'babies' with you? Any advice appreciated.

The double water ski or sno-board case is huge and the airlines don't charge extra for these type of cases (as well as the one gary pointed out) like they will for oversize boxes.
