There is in the scale form I think, a thread exploring how to calculate CG.
I suggest you take a look..

I think this is the thread Vintage meant: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=339401
CG for tailless planes at MAC/6. Following this method, the CG would be at about 39% of fuselage length (without shock cone).

There is no better way than to test-fly a chuck glider, especially when the fuselage has an influence, as in your case. The fuse nose sections should be correctly modelled. Include that nose cone.
The glider can also provide the trimmed elevon setting, which will help on the first test flight.

thanks guys for all your replies.
I'm gonna start with a glider version and test fly the model starting with a CG of 39% of fuse length, as Hul stated.
