Safe Paint Removal

Ok Everyone, here is a good one...I accquired an old ABC hobbies offshore boat..........The paint job is horrible. I would like to redo the hull....Here is the problem. How can I safely remove the paint on the Plastic(ABS?) Hull? Anyone have any ideas, Painting over it is not an option (Black Paint. )

Nitro fuel should do it.... unless it is an epoxy based paint...but to be safe I would test it first.
