24-10 or 22-10 ?

No but I am in your same boat.

I have found a good article on them let me find it.
Unfortunately it is only the math for making a good prop for a 4 rotor heli.

You may have already seen it where the motors are mounted above the props.

I woud consider contacting a Heli blade manufacturer. Right now My size requirements are 14-20" diameter 4-6 pitch. So I am setttling on using Carbon or plastic blades made for Coaxial Helis. They come in 13.5" diameter 18" diameter 20" diameter.

www.helihobby.com has some obviously not your size but contact the manufacturers and see what they say.
