Hey there. are caps a requirement for the J250 brushed motors? if so do you know what size and can you tell me why they are needed. Thanks Chris

they really reduce interference a LOT.
Dunno whether the Johnsons have any inside,but its always safe to add your own.
Any decent non tubular capacitor in the 10-100nF range works well.
one from each brush to teh case, and one across the brushes.

Isnt that a bit overkill? I know the caps are dirt cheap but dont u just need one from each brush to the case?
