Ya jas is right. I wanted one also and tried to search for good deals, but they all came out to be close to retail. I even checked ebay and no luck. BUT if you are a student or know someone who is, Apple has 10 percent student discount and the 30 or 60 gig video ipod turned a nice discount. Mine was $280 for the 20 gig after the discount and taxes. Honesly that was the best deal I could find.

i got my 30g vid ipod for less plus u get it new without scratches, even though its almost impossible to not get the smallest scratch on it
