Help with motors!

Ok well I'm thinking about building a DF specifically the RKenterprises F-4 for turbax I and 7.5 DF engine. Also I'm thinking about maybe the Bob Parkinsons F-86 for the same power combo. On Bob's site it says that a K&B 7.5cc DF engine can be had for about $150. Where? All I can fin anywhere is the K&B .48 DF and it's more like $300. So I figured maybe someone on here knows of another engine in this size range for a better price or where to find the K&B 7.5cc DF for around $150?

Your best bet would be to go with the OS 46 VXDF. Trying to get anything from K&B is nearly impossible. Hey thanks for the info. I've been put on hold though sadly since my truck broke down. I dunno either a cracked head or a cracked piston. Either way when there's gas in your oil it's bad. As a starving college student I'm forced to repair my truck before I freeze to death on my motorcycle. Seems like every time I save up some money something happens. Oh well thanks for the info anyway. Maybe I'll luck out and the mechanic won't stick it too me too bad.:(

Sorry to hear of your misfortune...I am very familiar with being a starving college student. I was there not too long ago. Well, hopefully it'll all work out for you positively....with the end result being you still being able to get that motor, right? :) Good luck.
