hi all,
thanks for your advice in the past. i decided to give my old
10T to my nephew and buy a T4. my truck is just a toy but i
want it to go fast. i am used to running a 12T and 7 cells.
when i was last into rc the aerovox steppers were the only
brushless motors commonly available. i expect that things have
changed a lot and that there are more choices now. i trust
the opinions i'll find here more than i trust the guys who
want to sell me a new motor.
can i get the performance of my old D4 12T 8.4v 50A+ setup in
my new RC10T4 with a modern brushless? can i do it for under $300
for the motor/controller?
i want to go 35 mph for 6-7 minutes with a 450+ second 35A
6 cell pack or i could go to 7 cells if i have to... thanks
