G'day all,

Great news for us.

I have been trying to find 3M Multi-Purpose spray adhesive for use on my Alula. Unfortunately every Officeworks store in Victoria is out of stock and it will be the end of January before new stock arrives  That wouldn't suit my Camperdown build

So I let my fingers do the walking and found a local supplier of 3M products. They always have stock of Super 77 - the real stuff for only $14 for the huge can (the Multi-Purpose costs $20 at Officeworks).

The supplier is Wayne Richardson Supplies at 1960 Hume Highway, Somerton.

If you ring 3M they can tell you where your nearest supplier is.

Regards,

Glenn

Glenn,

Nice find there - I'm sure it'll be better than your CA experience with the foam *ooops*.

When you say this is the "real" 3M77, do you mean it's the formula that won't etch/eat the foam (as rapidly)?

Correct. Its the Cyclohexane which is good for styrofoam

mmmmm... Cyclohexane, sounds delightfully bad for human lungs :D

Thanks for the information, is definately going to be useful one day.

Paul.
