Hi guys. I built up a digital version of my MAWLER in FMS, but am having problems with the Par files. If anyone could help me it would be highly appreciated. I am readying production of the real thing, but have had 2 crashes beacuse the CG is off. I want to simulate moving the CG around before I try flying the real thing again. The par file it is using right now is a version 7 par file from a Projeti (the closest I could find). I have converted it to 8.5, but something is still not right. I need someone with experience with par files to adjust it as close to the real thing as possible. I can provide data on the real plane, length, wingspan, motor test sheets, weight, all that, I just need help with getting it into an 8.5 par file, and get something close to the real thing. I ned to continue testing, but would rather have a good handle on the CG through simulation, before trying it again.

Pictures of the MAWLER can be seen here. www.awlhobbies.com

Please PM me or respond here if you can help me with the par files.

Andrew

Try the PAR file from the MPX TwinJet. It is available at the Multiplex site. Or wait for Gary G to log on... he is the pro on all things FMS.

It is about the same size and weight as the twinjet, but only one motor. Will this make any diffrence?

Not significant IMHO.
