Nice thread olmod, finally I am working on my project. Today I played with a lathe and turned the endbell for my motor, next monday I will turn the stator holder. I wanna replace the iron one for aluminum and make it lighter. My bell has 1.5 mm thick walls. I am planning on using 12x5x2 N50 magnets. The stator is 14mm thick, I am thinking I will get some stator plates off of it to make it 10mm thick. :)

Good to see you are busy :) im presently making parts for a 3520 ;)
weather forcast is for 42 degrees C :eek: for the next couple of days so i will be working out in the workshop at night :) .
