Cheapest USB interface cable for Futaba or Airtronics?

For FMS - I'd get a Logitech Dual Action Pad - bought a couple the other day for UNDER $10 CAD at the overstokck place. Gives all the feel you need for that sim. If you have a 200 buck tx, why cheap out - get a decent cable and a good sim like Reflex/G3/AFP etc.

Due to the complexity and cost of the PIC chip used in USB interfaces I doubt if you'll find one cheaper than $40 mark (even Milehigh Wings http://www.milehighwings.com/usb_cables.htm ) are around this price, and they seem to be the cheapest around.

If your PC has a serial port, and you just want to use FMS, then look for a PIC-SERIAL interface, which should be a lot less (typically $25) - (http://www.milehighwings.com/pic_cables.htm) or make your own interface using a few descrete components - something like http://www.customelectronics.co.uk/fmscrktj.htm

Just spend a few hours searching the net via google or Yahoo - sorry I have no more time to do so !

This is the new GWS R/C flight simulator, battery pack and adaptor are NOT required, simply plug the USB cable into the USB port of your computer, visit
