I recently purchased the Reflex XTR simulator with the Sanwa/Airtronics 5-pin connector. When I use the simulator with the Airtronics VG6000, I must constantly hold down the transmittor's "trainer" button. If the button is not held, the simulator reports that the transmittor is not turned on. Why does the button need to be pushed in order for the simulator to recognize the transmittor is turned on? The button is spring loaded and must be constantly held down, making it impossible to "fly" with 2 hands.
Thanks for any help.

Sounds like bad wiring of the 5-pin plug or maybe mixed-up with the MPX plug? Can you check the wiring to be exactly like this: Sanwa (http://www.reflex-sim.dyndns.org/reflex-sim/shop/catalog/faqdesk_index.php?faqPath=15_35_45_51&language=en)

Thanks for the response. That was the problem. The connector's "orange" wire was connected to the pin that is adjacent to the "gray" wire instead of to the middle pin. I have modified the connector and it now works.
Thanks!
